Precision Bearing Production Process
Precision bearings are important mechanical components, and the manufacturing process is a crucial factor in producing precision bearings.
01.forgingThe raw materials are forged into bearing blanks with an initial shape through the forging process.
02.Lathe processingUse machine tools such as lathes for turning processing to machine bearing blanks into bearing components such as outer rings, inner rings, rollers, and cages with precise dimensions and shapes.
03.heat treatmentHeat treatment is performed on the machined bearing components, including processes such as quenching and tempering, to improve the hardness, wear resistance and strength of the material.
04.GrindingGrinding processing is carried out on the hardened bearing components to improve their precision and surface quality. (Including grinding processes for outer rings, inner rings and rollers.)
05.Hardness quality inspectionConduct quality inspection on bearings to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
06.AssembleAssemble the bearing components that have completed grinding according to the assembly process, including installing the rollers between the inner ring and the outer ring, and installing components such as the cage at the same time.
07.deliver goodsSelect appropriate logistics services, track the logistics status after shipment, and confirm after the customer receives the goods. This process ensures the safe and efficient delivery of bearings from the warehouse to the customer.
